iohDocXtract is an AI-powered document extraction service that processes various document types including invoices, agreements, certificates, passports, visas, and other documents to extract structured data. The Service provides:
- Document upload and processing capabilities
- AI-powered data extraction from documents
- Export of extracted data in JSON, Excel, and CSV formats
- Credit-based pricing system
- API integration for enterprise clients
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Security

4. Credit System and Pricing
4.1 Free Credits
New users receive 200 free credits upon signup. These credits are provided as a promotional offer and may be subject to change or withdrawal at any time.
4.2 Credit Usage
Credits are deducted automatically when you process documents. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4.3 Purchased Credits
You may purchase additional credits through our subscription plans. All purchases are final and subject to our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload documents that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
6. Document Processing and Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, iohDocXtract uses AI technology that may not be 100% accurate. You acknowledge that:
- Extracted data should be reviewed and verified before use
- We are not liable for errors in extracted data
- Document quality affects extraction accuracy
- We do not guarantee specific accuracy rates
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not store your uploaded documents. Documents are processed in real-time and permanently deleted immediately after extraction is complete. Only the extracted data results are stored in your account for your access. We do not share your documents or extracted data with any third parties.
7.2 Our Service
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by iohDocXtract and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Payment Terms
Payment for subscription plans must be made through our authorized payment processors. You agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Authorize charges for purchased credits or subscriptions
- Pay all applicable fees and taxes
- Accept that all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Technical issues or failures
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service disruptions
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iohDocXtract SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iohDocXtract, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Content you upload or process through the Service
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the Service.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, though some information may be retained as required by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
